WHAT: Take care of yourself crafting your family tree trought artherapy, family constellation and nature connection
WHEN: 21-24 of May 2026
WHERE: Salte Trusche, Farnese, Tuscia, Italy
WHO: Laura Contini & Francesca Sidoni
WHY: integrating our roots to expand into the world
We are trees, with deep roots that are sometimes invisible or forgotten.
As in a fairy tale, our history can become an image rich in symbols and personal meanings.
Through various explorations, we will create an illustration together, a map that will give us a broader view of our entire family system.
A moment and a place to find ourselves and expand, to pay tribute to our lives and destinies and those of our ancestors, without whom our present would not exist.
To remember the value of those we have forgotten, to include and find peace with those who have done wrong, to reinforce our sense of belonging to our origins and connect with the flow of love.

“The Greater Soul moves in only one direction, and that is to bring into union that which has been made separate.”
(Bert Hellinger)
Program
Together, from a seed of light that helps us connect with the beauty of our inner garden, we will become trees. We will look at our trunk, our leaves, and our branches. We will dig into our roots and expand upward, as far as our canopy, our destiny, and our dreams desire.
Each artistic work will be preceded by a short meditation and a moment of inner listening.
The morning will be a time for processing, mainly devoted to research, activation, and investigation.
The afternoon will be a time for expression and artistic research to continue exploring through drawing the form we feel is most suitable, to freely compose our family tree.
- Day 1 — Blooming. Listening to your own subtle system, or inner garden.
- Day 2 — Receiving from the Past. Working on family memory. Searching through the traces left by our ancestors, we will rediscover stories and images or discover new ones.
- Day 3 — Giving to the Future. Turning toward the gifts received and the fruits, but also toward new projects, dreams, and mystery.
- Day 4 — Integration and farewells.

LAURA CONTINI, artherapist, family constellator, books illustrator and illustration teacher
“Without roots, you cannot fly. This simple phrase made a deep impression on me when I first saw it written on a school wall. I didn’t know it was by Bert Hellinger, father of family and systemic constellations. It struck me so much that shortly afterwards I dreamed of a beautiful tree reaching towards the sky, pulsating with energy, color, and delicacy. Underneath the trunk, however, at ground level, there was a kind of trapdoor on which it rested. Opening it with a movement that lifted the entire tree with extreme ease, I was surprised to find nothing inside. It was empty.
This was the beginning of my journey into family constellations, accompanied by various teachers and professionals, which allowed me to look at that emptiness on which a beautiful but fragile and insubstantial tree rested at the time. I discovered values and ignorance, pain and violence, forgotten and hidden people, but above all, a lot of fear. All of this had been flowing through my family members for generations. Everything took shape, and inside me, little by little, the very unpleasant feelings that had accompanied me for no apparent reason since I was a child melted away. Everything found its precise and perfect place in my heart.
I wish everyone who embarks on this journey, whatever their approach, the joy of being able to look back and feel the push forward towards life from their ancestors. To be able to welcome with love everything that existed before, to allow themselves to be what they are today, with gratitude, perceiving its richness and finally feeling free to embrace their fullness.”
