A desire born after several years of experience as a chef, from me and my daughter, who is a passionate cook, and which also involves other friends who are cooks from time to time: a refreshment point in the Salte Trusche nature reserve, but also elsewhere, for picnics and events, to be set up spontaneously, simple but well-organized, run by the community, both in terms of the raw ingredients (vegetables) and the actual cooking, with the proceeds donated in part or in full to various charitable causes, from emergency relief to projects that deserve to be supported.

Its name, Santa Carota, is in honor of this precious and crunchy ingredient, with its attractive and tasty tuft that cannot be found in large retailers.
