A desire born after several years of experience as a chef in a Tuscany retreat center, from me and my daughter, who is a passionate cook: a refreshment point, to be set up spontaneously, simple but well-organized, run by the community, both in terms of the raw veg ingredients and the actual cooking, with the surplus donated to various charitable causes, decided by the team.

Its name, Santa Carota, is in honor of this precious and loved ingredient, with its attractive and tasty tuft that cannot be found in large retailers.
